By using ChartGuessr, you acknowledge that the app is for educational use and entertainment only. Any decisions made in real trading are your sole responsibility.
2. Analysis Materials, Not Trading Signals
ChartGuessr provides analysis of candlestick patterns. It does not give trading signals or recommendations. Past patterns may not predict future market movements.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use ChartGuessr responsibly. Any trading or investment decisions made outside the app are at the user's own risk.
4. No Guarantees
ChartGuessr makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information. The app does not promise any financial outcomes or profits.
5. Subscriptions
Chart Guess Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($12.99/month or $59.99/year with a 7-day free trial). Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Modifications
The developers of ChartGuessr reserve the right to modify the app and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ChartGuessr, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the app.
