ChartGuessr is an educational and gamified mobile application designed to improve users' candlestick pattern recognition skills. The information and analysis provided are for learning purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
1. General Information
By using ChartGuessr, you acknowledge that the app is for educational use and entertainment only. Any decisions made in real trading are your sole responsibility.
2. Analysis Materials, Not Trading Signals
ChartGuessr provides analysis of candlestick patterns. It does not give trading signals or recommendations. Past patterns may not predict future market movements.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use ChartGuessr responsibly. Any trading or investment decisions made outside the app are at the user's own risk.
4. No Guarantees
ChartGuessr makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information. The app does not promise any financial outcomes or profits.
5. Subscriptions
Chart Guess Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full app. It is offered in weekly, monthly and annual terms.
- Price. The price of each plan is shown in the app before you confirm any purchase. Prices vary by country and currency, and are charged in your local currency by Apple or Google.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Introductory offers. Where an introductory or free-trial offer is available, its length and terms are shown in the app before purchase. Offers are limited to users who have not previously subscribed. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are governed by their policies and requested through them, not through us.
6. Accounts
An account is optional; the app can be used without one. If you create an account with Apple or Google sign-in, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You may delete your account and its data at any time from the settings screen in the app. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple or Google account rather than your ChartGuessr account, so deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the app's subscription controls, and not to misuse competitive features such as duels or leaderboards through automation or falsified results. We may suspend access where we detect such misuse.
8. Modifications
The developers of ChartGuessr reserve the right to modify the app and these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ChartGuessr, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the app.
